Your case will be thoroughly investigated and reviewed by the senior staff within the Customer Service Team until the final resolution is reached. It might require further escalation to the Management Team and you will be informed about this via email.

You will receive an official acknowledgment email of your dispute case within 24 hours and the final resolution will be provided within 90 days from the acknowledgment of your case.
