Every Bet should be credited correctly. Should your bet not be credited, kindly contact us immediately with a Screenshot of the Bet in Question and we will investigate this for you. 

If you are unable to chat during your Live Game session, this might mean that you have been blocked by the game provider due to not following the community rules. If you feel like you have been unfairly blocked, kindly contact our Support. We will request the transcript from the provider and discuss if your Chat privileges should be reinstated.
