There might be different reasons you are unable to enter your game of choice. 

1. The game provider is currently undergoing some maintenance. This would mean no game from this provider is available. If that is the case, try again later. 

2. There is an open/ stuck gameround in the game. Please see "Games/ Casino" -> "My Gameround is stuck- what can I do" for more Info 

3. The game does not support your current browser/ device version. Make sure your browser/ device is fully updated.

Should you still not be able to enter your favorite game or none of the above apply to you, kindly contact support with a Screenshot of the error message and the name of the game and we will investigate this for you. 

If you have a stuck gameround, it can help to clear your cache and cookies. This process can be different for each Browser and how to do this for the most common browsers can be found here. Should your round still be stuck after this, please contact our Support so that we can start investigating this. Kindly provide the following Details for us: 

1. Name of the game

2. Time this has happened

3. Explanation of what happened (Screenshot of error message, if applicable)
